clear honey…….2 tbsp
Garlic……2 cloves
walnuts…….1\2 cup
fresh figs or canned figs, drained………15
plain yogurt………1/2 cup
vanilla……..1/4 tsp

Put sugar, lemon rind, lemon juice, honey and cloves in a saucepan.
Bring to boil, stir until the sugar has dissolved.
Boil rapidly for 5 minutes or until the syrup is thick and bubbly.
